Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved visiting Mamilla Mall and the Arab Souk Market for some great shopping. The hotel is super close to everything, and the spacious rooms were a big plus. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, typical Israeli style, which made our stay even better! Don’t miss out on the view from the fourth floor!
The only downside was the WiFi. it was pretty bad when the hotel was crowded. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Couples will find it decent enough
The breakfast spread was generous , with a huge selection of traditional foods and many salads. Also , the staff were courteous and quite helpful , even when we had some minor requests, it felt like a good place to unwind for a few days.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly , but it was still acceptable for what we got.

I had a wonderful five-night stay with plenty of room for relaxation and comfortable amenities. The swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind, and the cozy garden area was lovely for reading. The coffee machines at breakfast could have worked better, but that didn't take away from the great experience overall. 😊

good location , but needs better internet
The location is great, just two stops from the Old City and Jaffa Gate. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods that suited my taste. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room which made my stay comfortable.
The WiFi was quite poor during peak hours, which was frustrating.

We loved visiting the nearby Arab Souk Market, which was vibrant and full of life. Staying with my dad, we also found the location to be perfect for exploring all the historical sites. The hotel offered a relaxed vibe and spacious rooms.
My kids wished for the pool to stay open longer.

The room I stayed in was a bit dated but clean. The shower had a weird door covering half the space, so water ended up everywhere. WiFi was super slow, and my key card kept failing. The staff was helpful, though, and the view of West Jerusalem was nice. Overall, it felt a bit more cramped than expected, and I could have used a wash cloth.

missingWrote a review on 02 Mayconvenient locationbig clean roomscold foodlong linescleanliness issues
The location is convenient, just a short tram ride away from the Old City, which made exploring easy. The big, clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the variety of food options, including delicious assorted muffins at breakfast, was a highlight. However, the dining experience was often frustrating due to long lines and cold food that lacked flavor. Cleanliness could be improved. there were a few cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Limited nearby restaurant options diminished the overall experience.
