The hotel was fairly large, with courteous and welcoming staff and MAGNIFICENT location in front of the ultra-Orthodox Mea Shearim neighborhood. Location: the property was close to restaurants. Went to Nutella Chocolate Pizza to try specialties, it's approx 5 mins walk away.

The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. the room I stayed in was reasonably large and complete with single beds, free WiFi, plus tables reserved by tour group. the location was great, for example, Monte das Oliveiras was relatively near the property. I enjoyed staying at this hotel and will come back.

Very nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. No complaints.
The bar area was a little loud at the weekend; it's a wide open space with no partitioning for small groups. Minor issue.

The location. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from Damascus Gate. The breakfast buffet was also the best we experienced during a four week visit to Jordan, Israel and Egypt.
The reception staff were disorganised, disinterested in guests and clueless about customer service. There was also no information about hotel services in our room nor was there free tea or coffee which is the norm at most hotels.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The tram station was also just a short 5-minute walk away, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff here really went above and beyond for us. When our flight was delayed and we arrived at 6am, they made sure we didn't miss breakfast by providing us with takeaway boxes. They even allowed us to check out later when we had an issue with our tour. The hotel felt safe and secure, with great security measures in place. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were always helpful and pleasant.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

We had a fantastic stay in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of tourist attractions nearby. The hotel was conveniently close to the Old City, which made exploring the sites in Jerusalem a breeze. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a much-needed retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff willing to provide recommendations for restaurants and other local attractions. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.
The pool, unfortunately, was not operational during our stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a week while exploring the beautiful city of Jerusalem. The staff at Grand Court went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Despite arriving late due to a delayed flight, the dining room manager, Bessel, ensured that we didn't miss breakfast, providing us with to-go boxes. The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the Shivtei Israel light rail station and the Old City. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's size, comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable.
Totally recommend this hotel.
